Dental Services

People always ask us, “How long should this last?” In our office, we strive for perfection and satisfaction, which is why we are happy to offer you this warranty, something few dental offices do. In today’s technology, almost everything we have learned is on the preventive side. Instead of going to the dentist every few years for “drill, fill and bill,” let’s stop problems before they appear. You can avoid most or all disease if you spend 4 minutes in the morning and in the evening brushing, flossing and doing any other special treatments your dentist and hygienist have recommended. It’s also essential to have your teeth cleaned professionally, checked for decay, and coated with fluoride or sealants. Our warranties are null and void if we don’t see you for your regular checkups. With checkups every 3, 4, or 6 months as recommended by your dentist, your teeth and gums would remain winners!

Composite Resin Fillings

When a tooth has a cavity, the dentist removes the decay and fills the hole with a composite filling, which is ideally no more than 50% of the tooth. The tooth is what supports the filling. When you get a cavity that takes up 60% or more of the tooth, a crown is indicated. A crown covers the entire tooth and holds the tooth together. Sometimes a filling is done thinking there is enough tooth to hold the filling when actually there is not. The tooth then starts to break away because it can no longer support the filling. In this case, we will credit the cost of the filling and apply it toward the cost of a crown and build-up. In addition, for a period of 5 years from the date of service, and if the tooth can be restored again with a filling, we will give you a new composite filling due to breakage, poor fitting or decay. *

Sealants

Dental sealants are thin plastic coatings applied to the chewing surfaces of the back teeth to prevent decay. Most tooth decay in children and adolescents occurs on the chewing surfaces of these back teeth or molars. This is because molars have irregular surfaces with pits and grooves which tend to trap food and bacteria. Sealants flow into and coat these pits so that bacteria cannot multiply and cause decay. For a period of 5 years from the date of placement we will replace any sealant that we placed if it comes off at no charge. *

Limited Warranty

Crowns and Bridges

For a period of 5 years from the date of placement, we will replace a crown or bridge due to breakage, poor fit, or decay at no cost to the patient. *

Root Canals

Root Canals are 95% successful but not 100%. A root canal is a form of therapy, not a cure. If you have a root canal and the recommended restoration for your tooth (usually a build up and crown) and your root canal that we did fails within 5 years from the date of service, we will redo the root canal at no charge. If the tooth cannot be saved will apply the cost of the root canal, build up & crown toward the replacement of the tooth with a bridge or an implant. *

Implants

Implants have a success rate of greater than 95%. If your implant that we placed fails within 5 years from the date of placement we will place a new implant at no charge. *

* This warranty is null and void if the patient does not maintain his/her regular cleaning and check-up appointments every 3, 4, or 6 months as recommended by the dentist and/or hygienist.
