Ever since your doors opened I have been a patient and I was impressed the first day I came in. The entire staff is always so very nice and even when I haven't seen them in six months, they still remember who I am. I've never been so hip on going to the dentist, but Riverstone Dental Care makes everything all better. You are all the best!!

I love how professional and up to date your office is with e-mail, text messages, etc. Also, the staff and receptionist are outstanding individuals, and make my appointment pleasurable. In addition, ya'll have the most magnificent bathroom in the city!!! Other businesses should emulate that!!!kkh.

The hygienist I had does the best, most comfortable cleanings I have ever had.

I would like to comment on and compliment ALL the staff for the exceptional quality of care and customer service that never varies from visit to visit!!!! 

As a person who hates going to the dentist (like you have never heard that before), my experiences at Riverstone Dental have always been positive, proactive, and comfortable. Now, going to the dentist is not that big of a deal because I know I am in good hands. 

We appreciate the friendly, concerned staff. They make us feel like family. I also appreciate that they are not pushy about setting up appointments for work to be done when I need to wait awhile and see how my financial situation is. Thank you. 

I always have a good experience there and feel my teeth are getting the best care possible.

In these times businesses tend to forget to give the personal touch. I feel your office did a great job of making me feel welcome. In the dental profession it is so valuable to give confidence, a calming atmosphere, and interpersonal relationship with the patrons. I felt all of this with my visit. Very accommodating office, I feel good about the excellent service there. 

Joey was a BIG help in helping me to understand about my teeth! She was very compassionate towards me! :) Brandice was a BIG help also in helping me with the money part! And of course Dr. Pulsipher was an awesome doctor to me. 

This was the best periodontal cleaning I've had. Previous experiences have have ranged from awful to not very pleasant. While I wouldn't recommend this as an alternative to a day at the beach, it was the least aweful periodontal cleaning I've had.

Thank you to Dr. Pulsipher for making a very uncomfortable procedure as easy as possible.

Because of my panic disorder people usually have a tendency to baby me or tell me to think of something else and so on.While well intentioned,trying to fight panic makes it worse. I have to go through it for it to stop. At your office I had the exact opposite experience everyone was calm and patient with me & let me go through the panic.Which is what I need to do to calm down. After about 10 minutes or so I was very comfortable because I did not feel any pressure or embarrassment. Everyone was really nice,talked to me like a normal person and I felt like they cared.I think I will be very happy here and am looking forward to finally being able to get healthy again. A crown fell off at 4:50 p.m. at work and I called and was told to come right in. They asked me if I wanted to have the work done right then or reschedule, it was about 6:00 I told them I didn't want then to have to stay late but they said they were there until 7 anyway so we decided to do the work. Unfortunately it took longer than expected and I wasn't finished until about 7:50 p.m. I felt so bad that they had to work late but both Dr. John and Lynette assured me that it was fine and were so pleasant and caring. I have gone to other dentists through the years but have never been treated so great. Not only did they work me in immediately but then they stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. You have a wonderful practice and I will be referring everyone I know to your practice. Thanks again to Dr. John and Lynette they went above and beyond and I really appreciated it!

I was really cold, but without saying anything I was asked if I wanted a blanket. That was great! 

Your office is amazing...doesn't feel like a dental office at all. I'm always greeted with such friendliness and respect from Dr. "P" and all staff members.
